Problem	Despite having a valid motor insurance policy, company had problems to receive indemnity from insurer. In essence, insurer was knowingly taking advantage of situation and regularly exploited various formal paragraphs of the insurance agreement which was not giving many chances to the client. In this circumstance, any legal proceedings and additional expenses were not commercially justified. As the result, the company ended up with unpaid losses and fully paid insurance premium.
